I highly recommend Chef Dray. From the first phone contact to his departure when our gathering was over, my experience with Dray was exceptional. Dray is a young man, but do not let that deter you, his level of professionalism would generally be found only in a chef much older. His proposed menu for the event perfectly suited our palates. His timely emails detailing his plans for prep, arrival, breakdown, and options for special dietary concerns were a testament to his natural attention to detail and was very much appreciated. Dray has a very pleasant personality and managed a crowd of 50 with ease, interacting when appropriate, but all the while focused on his presentation, which was impeccable. I would love to sample more of his culinary delights as I am 100% certain that everything Dray prepares will exceed expectations.

Chef Draysen is my favorite chef! Over the past five years, Chef Draysen has catered many birthday and holiday celebrations and pizza parties at our farm. We’ve had fancy multi-course meals, pizza and salad meals, and many fantastic desserts. Chef Draysen always pleases. His meals are a wonderful mixture of creativity, locality, deliciousness, and personality. Chef Draysen has so much imagination creating dishes you might not have had before. Taking his cues from local fish and venison, and fresh produce, Draysen comes up with excellent combinations of dishes. And, last but not least, Chef Draysen is a delightful man, very friendly and super accommodating. You will love him and his food!

We had an extraordinary experience with Dray catering a birthday dinner party for our dear friend. It was so important to me that the evening featured spectacular food, and Dray exceeded all expectations. From the very first day we contacted him, he provided a sample menu that was so elegant and delicious-sounding that we immediately said yes!
I was thrilled that he was able to source freshly caught Ono for our main dish, adding a special touch to the meal. Dray did much of the prep in his own kitchen and seamlessly finished everything in ours. Upon meeting him, I felt completely at ease—he is not only incredibly skilled but also one of the kindest and most personable people you could meet.
And the food—oh, the food! Our dinner was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The appetizer platter was stunning, and every dish was as beautiful as it was delicious. Our guests were equally impressed, raving about the incredible flavors and gorgeous presentation.
This birthday party was a resounding success, and Dray made it effortless for me. All I had to do was enjoy myself and savor an unforgettable meal.
